Not in love with HAVANA? Our guarantee covers your first bottle, even if you've opened it.
- Email support@scentoshi.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
- Ship the original bottle back, including any remaining fragrance, within 14 days of receiving return instructions.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Once your return arrives and is verified, we'll refund the product price you paid, including applicable sales tax, to your original payment method.
- Orders using the WELCOME20 welcome discount are included.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled separately (see below) and are not affected by this guarantee.
Standard Returns
All other returns must be unopened and started within 30 days of the delivery date.
How to start a return
Email us at support@scentoshi.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with instructions for sending your return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at support@scentoshi.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
